Comcon was first established in 1982 to provide commercial and contractal advice to the construction industry in the Netherlands.

throughout the 1980’s,the company grew gradually to encompass all sections of the construction industrry and expanded to undertake assignments in other parts of europe.

In 1989,the company undertook its first project in Singapore.From there a relationship was formed with another firm of quantity surveyors using Thailand as its base to offer services in Thailand,Vietnam,Malaysia,Cambodia,Indonesia,Singapore and Myanmar.

In 1997,Comcon Services(Thailand)Co.,ltd was incorparated in Bangkok to consolidate the services provided during the economic recession in the far east.

Headed by two resident directors who are highly knowledgeable in Thai and International construction practices and techniques, the Bangkok office has developed in all aspects of the industry.Comcon’s operations span across many sectors of the construction industry from hotels and resorts,Airports,Residential,leisure and Commercial projects, Highways(both elevated and underground) and bridges to offshore platforms and pipelines.

The rapid growth of the company made it necessary to open additional offices in Phuket and Pattaya in 2005 and 2008 respectfully, with views to soon open another office in Chiang Mai.

Comcon provides quantity surveying and project management services to the building, Civil, Hotel, Petrochemical and Oil & Gas Industries, Clients include Developers, Contractors, Consultants, and Insurance Companies.
